1. Click the CPanel - Fantastico Deluxe
2. Select and click on New Drupal Installation
3. If an error occurs that. Htaccess file and others must be removed then go to File Manager and do the removal, if it fails to remove (delete files that are up again) then use CPanel - Legacy File Manager
4. Enter the name of the folder if you want to install Drupal in a sub-folder, but usually not install Drupal in a sub-folder, so empty it

Username, enter: admin
Password: enter your password
Then click Install
